A Side Hustle

Ever thought about trying to make a little extra money, you know, a side hustle? Uh huh. I thought as much. Who hasn’t? We all have at one time or another, and if you’re thinking about it now, I have an idea for you. It’s really quite simple. Write a gripping, suspenseful mystery novel, something that will sell like hotcakes and rake in the cash hand over fist. Interested?

I’m pretty sure I know what your response to that is. “It’s not that simple. That’s a whole lot easier said than done.” That’s where I come in. I have some tips for you, tips that can make that happen. It’s the perfect formula for creating a story that will have your readers sucked in from beginning to end.

And what makes me the expert? That’s another simple answer. I’ve been a voracious reader since I was seven years old, and now that I’m no longer working full-time, I’m going through books like there’s no tomorrow. I used to read only non-fiction, but I’ve now branched out into mysteries and thrillers, and I can see that these books have certain commonalities that must be worked into any story line. Each and every one of them are crucially important and must be included.

With me so far? Have I got your attention? I thought so. Good. Tune in next week, and I’ll spell it all out.

To be continued….
